I'll try to answer your questions the way I see it
As for #1, No we're not asking you to swap every piece out and use hundreds of macros. Just use common sense. If you are missing some equipment then I'd imagine that's a reason you are looking for an endgame LS
Basically know how to play your job is all we ask.
2. Limbus you pay for (as of right now we do this 1 night a week), Einherjar is sort of split. You do pay for it however at the same time any money drops we do get go into a "bank" and its split between those that entered for that run. As of right now I'd say total you'd be shelling out a week would be maybe 20k.
